Proverbs 4:14 Be Strong and Very Courageous
Good morning,
Proverbs 4:14 & 15 says, “Do not enter the path of the wicked, and do not walk in the way of evil. Avoid it, do not travel on it; turn away from it and pass on.”
Choices are before each of us and Joshua 1:7-8 mirrors these verses saying, “Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My seryant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”
Prosperity and success in God’s eyes rests not in fame nor wealth but in loving him with all your heart expressed in obedience to His ancient ways. Flee evil like Joseph did from Potiphar’s wife no matter the consequence.
