Wisdom Cries Out
Good morning,
Proverbs 15.32-33 teaches us saying, “He who disdains instruction despises his own soul, But he who heeds rebuke gets understanding. The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom, And before honor is humility.”
Today, so little is made of hell. In fact, if research is true most evangelicals refuse to accept the truth that hell is real.
And verse 24 says, “The way of life winds upward for the wise, that he may turn away from hell below.”
Yet, in Proverbs 15:11 we read, “Hell and destruction are before the Lord; how much more the hearts of men.”
So, may we one and all learn to fear God so we can learn wisdom separating ourselves from the lust of this world and thus turn away from hell.
Take the time to read all of proverbs 15.
Grace and peace in Christ,
<><Daniel
