Proverbs 1:14 says, “The beginning of strife is like releasing water; Therefore stop contention before a quarrel starts.”

Proverbs 14 says, “He who walks in his uprightness fears the Lord, but he who is perverse in his ways despises Him.”

Proverbs 11:9 declares that “The hypocrite with his mouth destroys his neighbor, but through knowledge the righteous will be delivered.
