Use a paintbrush
Today, we are going to talk about pedalboard maintenance. A quick tip that one can do to get two to three times longer life span on your stuff, depending on the circumstances people argue different things. people like to take air spray cans and spray their pedals around the pedals and in the jacks. That’s NOT something I really recommend especially with microphones. Air and electronics don’t normally mix too well.
Take a paint brush. That is right, a paint brush and dust off that dust every time you pull the pedalboard out and brush it again when you put it back up. This will help your pedals last two to three times longer. Dust is the biggest enemy with electronics. Minimize the dust and this will solve a lot of problems.
