The Rod of Correction
Gentlemen,
A day of adventurous opportunity is before us. May the Lord’s anointing inspire us in any drudgery we might face causing us to do it with His inspiration, whether Shining shoes or carrying out trash.
Proverbs 22.24-25 says, “Make no friendship with an angry man, and with a furious man do not go, lest you learn his ways and set a snare for your soul.”
Verse 15 says, “Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child; the rod of correction will drive it far from him.”
May God’s presence lead us into the adventure of inspired drudgery filled full of rejoicing. This too is a day the Lord has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it.
